About the Artist
Kawika Halike
Kawika Halike is the recording name of lyricist David Harris. The Living Place brings together 16 original songs spanning cinematic Western storytelling, country and island-country influences, pop-rock, faith, humor, intrigue, remembrance, love and loss.
Rather than staying within a single style, the album follows the stories themselves — each song finding its own musical voice while remaining part of one larger journey.
